Fiesta Mexicana has been a cherished part of the Spokane community since 2002, originally established on the lower South Hill where it quickly earned a reputation for authentic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere—a true taste of Mexico in the heart of the region.

Owner Miguel Amador, originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, began his restaurant journey as a busboy in Cheney. He developed his passion and expertise in Mexican cuisine through roles at two other prominent restaurants in Spokane, growing both as a server and a chef. In 2002, he opened Fiesta Mexicana with a mission to bring the rich, vibrant flavors of Mexico to Spokane. In 2019, Miguel expanded his vision by opening Mexico Lindo in Liberty Lake, WA.

While the original South Hill location closed in January 2025, Fiesta Mexicana proudly reopens in its new home off Sprague Avenue, near Costco and Lowe’s in Spokane Valley. Here, we continue to serve the beloved favorites that made us a local staple, alongside exciting new dishes crafted to delight your palate.
